Interesting post that caught my eye. I’m no expert in Scottish “gaeilge” but I have a “cupla focal” in Irish gaeilge. It would likely read “Ta gra a agam ort” for similar translation. Depending on punctuation that could read more accurately “I have a love that’s on you” once again however depending on context or punctuation it could very well mean that “you have a love on you that’s mine” I might speak to someone more fluent to check this. Thx for the post again I still check out the site regularly and browse the mails I get from you. Keep up the good work and apologies for a random response 😉 Beir Bua agnus Adh Mor. M.

    • Thank you for the comment. How lovely and rich it is the shades and meaning of Gaeilge, huh? I have NO knowledge of it but these tiny details concerning this single sentence fascinate me! Deeply rich!
